1. A window says "cookies not enabled" and the
quiz won't work.

A window says "cookies not enabled" and the quiz won't work.
It is possible that
you have software that blocks the storage of cookies or that you have
them disabled in your browser. It is a known issue that Safari for Macintosh
may have this problem and while there are instructions below to reconfigure,
it is suggested that you run the CD while using Internet Explorer.

1. In Internet Explorer click on Tools at the top of the window
2. Select Internet Options
3. Click on the Privacy tab
4. Click on the Advanced button
5. Ensure that Override automatic cookie handling is checked
6. First and Third party cookies should be set to Accept
7. Check Always allow session cookies
8. Click on OK
9. Exit Internet Explorer and restart your browser

5.x (Windows):
1. From the Tools menu, click Internet Options
2. Click the Security tab
3. Click the Custom Level button
4. Click on the Advanced button
5. Scroll down through the window to locate the Cookie Section. Internet
Explorer 5 contains two separate locations where cookies are changed:
Allow Cookies that are stored on your computer
Allow per-session Cookies, not stored
6. Enable your cookies at each location
7. Click OK
8. Exit Internet Explorer and restart your browser

3. Under the Receiving Files option, select Cookies
4. Under When receiving cookies: select the desired level of cookie acceptance

1. From the Safari Menu, choose Preferences
2. Click the Security icon
3. In the Accept Cookies selection box, choose Always
4. Restart program

When I click "view solution" in the quiz section, nothing happens.
You may have a pop-up
blocker interfering with the program. Generally, pop-up blockers should
not effect proper operation of the SSG because there are no real pop-ups
in the program. However, some blockers may misidentify the quiz answers
window as a pop-up. Disable this software for proper use.

look or operate correctly, try updating your browser. Here are links to
