How would you explain the concept of retirement and its advantages and disadvantages in the United States? He is also interested in whether retirement differs for men and women or by race, ethnicity and social class. give him as complete and unbiased a report as you can.

5. Is age discrimination likely to affect prospects for older workers in the future? Justify your answer.
